Welcome to the official website of Nahata High School, an age-old institution of name and fame in the neighbouring brotherhood. Established on 2^nd January, 1949, the institution has travelled a long path of ups and downs to reach its present prestigious stage of glorious position. The institution has not only flourished in infra-structure but also in academic excellence. I humbly acknowledge the contribution of the founder-fathers of the institution such as Late Satyendranath Naha, Sri Sudhangshu Mohan Sarkar, Sri Pjush Kanti Sen and the like to the turning of the sapling of yesterday to the sapodilla of today. I cherish is to make it a model school in the sub-division. Of course it needs collective effort of my teaching and non-teaching staff and last but not the least the continuous support of the guardian community, honourable persons of the locality interested in education, management committee and local government without which my dream will not be turned into a reality. So all I need is collective effort from all corners of the society.
