1. Birth Certificate of the student
2. Aadhaar Card of the student
3. Bank Passbook of the student
4. Aadhaar Cards of the father and mother of the student
5. One copy of passport size photo of the student
6. Mark sheet of the last annual exam (To be submitted with the form in the school during admission)
7. Caste Certificate of the student (If applicable)
8. Banglar Siksha Id of the student
